We’re excited to announce that entries are now open for the Blackheath Lawn Tennis Club, Seniors Club Championships 2025! Please find the information below to give you key dates (importantly the finals day), entry and categories that we will be running. Please note the format of the event will change depending upon entries so I will update the structure once I have seen numbers.
Key Details:
- Eligibility: Open to fully paid playing members of BLTC. Players must be turning the minimum age for their category this year e.g. if turning 45 in December, you ARE eligible!!
- Finals Day: All players reaching finals must be available to play on Saturday 18th October.
Important Dates:
- Entries Open: Monday 11th August
- Entries Close: Sunday 24th August
- Tournament Starts: Monday 1st September
- Finals Day: Saturday 18th October
Events:
- Seniors 45+: Men’s Doubles, Ladies’ Doubles, Mixed Doubles
- Seniors 60+: Men’s Doubles, Ladies’ Doubles, Mixed Doubles
Entry Information:
- Each player may enter up to two events.
- Entry fee: £3 per player per event (payable online via MyCourts using Your Account / Buy Credit).
- To sign up, simply log into MyCourts, go to Tournaments, and select the events you wish to enter.
I know this event hasn’t happened for a while but we are excited to bring this back and make it at annual part of our clubs primer events. Here’s to great competition, an exciting atmosphere and all the luck to those who enter.
